moHelp is operated by Nex AI Advisors LLC, Greenville, South Carolina. By using moHelp you agree to these terms.

What moHelp is

moHelp is an AI guide for small home repairs. Liv, the guide, talks you through a repair using your voice and camera. Liv is software, not a licensed contractor. She can be wrong, she can't certify a repair, and she can't see everything a person in the room would see. You decide what to do in your home and you are responsible for doing it safely. Stop and call a professional for gas, electrical panels, structural work, or anything that feels unsafe.

Your account

You need an account with a confirmed email address to buy Fix Passes and to save your Home Binder across devices. Keep your password private. You can download your data or delete your account from your account page.

Free calls

Free live calls last up to 55 seconds. Without an account you get one free call per browser session; with a confirmed account you get one free call every 7 days. Free calls across all visitors are limited each month, and when that limit is reached, free calls pause until the next month.

Payments are processed by Stripe. moHelp never sees your full card number. Refunds are described on the refund page.

Getting a pro

When a job needs a professional, moHelp can show local pros listed on Greenville Home Pros, a directory also operated by Nex AI Advisors LLC, and can send your repair packet to a pro you choose. moHelp does not employ pros, does not guarantee their work, and takes no payment between you and a pro.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to get around call limits, and no unlawful or abusive content in calls. We may suspend accounts that do.
